From the moment you approach this hotel you feel welcome. The staff are true professionals who are happy to go the extra mile. The rooms are small but perfectly formed with wonderful design touches and very efficient a/c and water pressure. The food is excellent and good value, although the breakfast at first seems expensive, the choices are amazing and well worth it. But what really makes this hotel is the staff. If you enjoy good service this is the place to stay in a fantastic area of madri

Hostel Aguliar is an excellent Hostal. It is in the middle of the city.
I loved that I could tour all day, and go back to freshen up around the

The hotel is very center located, and only 3-5 minutes from metro "Sol". The rooms were recently renovated. They are simple, but of a good size and very clean. The staff is extremely helpful! The hotel doesn`t suggest breakfast, but there are a lot of cafes nearby.

You can't beat the location. And while no hotel costing less than a
fortune is totally quiet, I was pleasantly surprised at how relatively
peaceful Madrid City Rooms was. The double windows did not block out all
of the cacaphony outside, but they did a much better job dampening it
than I expected. The man at reception was very friendly, and anyone with
even a little Spanish language ability will appreciate his warm
personality. Don't be put off by the rooms with their bathrooms down

This is a very modern high tech design hotel. Rooms are spotless and bright, Wonderful bathroom layout and shower. Breakfast is all you could ask for with great assortment of fresh fruit, hams, cheeses, eggs, etc. Staff very competent and welcoming. The location was excellent. The location was ideal, just 2 minute walk from Plaza Mayor and the city centre. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Although it is a 3 star hotel and very small it is not short of all the amenities you would expect in a 4/5 star hotel. The restaurant has an excellent atmosphere and good quality food. The breakfast the hotel offered is the best I've ever had (even compared to 5 star hotels). If you can afford to stay at any of the attic rooms, I strongly recommend it...wow!!!

Very central, little hard to find but right off Plaza Mayor. Small room but everything I needed. Gentleman at the front desk very obliging. Very close to hop on hop off, supermercado, correos. Stop over on my way to Leon to start the camino. Unfortunately breakfast is not served until 0800 hrs but i had to leave earlier. Would stay again.

We have nothing but great things to say about Spain select! The service was fantastic throughout and all went perfectly. Alex was really helpful during check-in and Juliette from the concierge service even booked us guided tours of the prado. The apartment is spotless and very tastefully decorated. It had everything we needed for our stay. The location couldn't be better with Sol just a minute's walk away. Thank you Spain Select, we'll be back again!
