  Apart the english barriers, the place is excellent! Near the center, you Can reach everything by foot. The staff is kind and polite - People on the switchboard were very friendly and helpful. Location is perfect - you can reach most of historical places on foot.

  Decent location and great staff. Rafael was extremely helpful and gave us a lot of good advice, including where to eat and what to see in Granada. The room and the bathroom were both very spacious and very comfortable. - The location was excellent. The owners very friendly and welcoming. I would recommend this place to others.

  The whole setup looks modern and clean. They uses keyless door lock system, a plastic-liked tap-based card is issued instead. You have restaurants/cafes available at the hotel's doorstep literally. The tourist centre is located nearby the hotel and helpful should you need assistance from them. We got our 3-day Granada card without a hitch and fast... vad folk säger » . We walked everywhere in Sevilla so the hotel's location is excellent for us. Many touristic locations nearby. About 5mins+ walk from hotel's locatio - Great location, fantastic design, extremely helfpul staff. The lounge on the 4th floor is very cozy and we stayed there one evening sipping wine and simply looking at the city in front of us. Rooms are very comfortable, even though the bathroom is very little. We got a beautiful room on the 1st floor with a view to Calle de las Navas - even though it was slightly too noisy in the night (in summer time it must be even worse...) we really loved being able to simply observe the 'life' of the stree

  Excellent location. Service-minded staff. Clean. Good value. Although we had a room towards the street we had no problems with noise, but I guess it depends on when you go to bed. People are out on the street outside until 1, but after that we found it calm. She was friendly & very helpful - if she was not actually in the reception and we needed anything we just had to knock on her door. She even allowed us to leave our luggage with her, after we had checked out, so that we could go sight-seeing. The hostal was centrally located - near the Cathedral & within metres of restaurants. There was parking nearby.

  The staff was very friendly and hospitable. The location of Hostal Zacatin is perfect. For the price point the room I stayed in was great because it had a clean bathroom inside the room, a/c unit, tv, and the towels were very clean. The communal showers were also kept very clean.   I think this hotel was excellent value for money..very cheap and in a great location: 2 minutes walk to the cathedral...5 minutes walk to Plaza Neuvo. Best of all it was in a quaint, pedestrian only area near the beautiful Trinidad Plaza (square).
