  Central location is perfect for walking all over town. It is right by Placa Catalyna where the buses from the airport arrive and metro station as well as trains out of Barca. Our second stay we were given room 202 which is a double with on-suite bath and a balcony onto main street. People watching was great fun. Lots of flags hanging from balcony.... vad folk säger » Abraham day staff was so lovely, very jolly and helpful. It is a bit dilapidated but I didn't mind that. If you want uber posh it's not for you. - The staff was generally friendly/helpful. The Day staff are more english helpful/friendly, the night staff generally doesn't know anything other than Spanish & a lot stricter, but was the same at all my friends hostels anyways. Good price & great location. Was very quiet as needed too.

  We stayed in the huge attic apartment on the 7th floor of a fantastic old building. The location is central for sightseeing, shopping and eating. There is a terrace with table and chairs overlooking other rooftops, ideal in morning and evening. We arranged to meet a member of staff at an agreed time as there is no reception. Metro stop is right below and you'll are next to very nice El Born and Barrio Gotico areas. Las Ramblas street is not far too. Our apartment and bathroom were nice and clean and the kitchen was good too. We were welcomed by Virginia and all here advices for our 3-day visit were great.

  Located literally in the middle of El Gotic: few steps from the Cathedral, Placa Catalunya, and Placa Jaume. Friendly owner, spacious rooms. Even lack of elevator doesn't make it less convenient.   We absolutely loved this pension. The location is fantastic, right next door to the Picasso museum for the culture vultures and stumbling distance (literally) which can be useful, from loads of great bars and restaurants. Our room was immaculately clean, fresh sheets and towels everyday and had a small balcony overlooking the street. The staff were really great, helpful friendly and funny. - Excellent location - heart of the city, friendly staff, pretty clean and the price was good for a solo traveller. Shared wc and bathrooms are not a problem - there's enough of them for all rooms (shower works 08 am - 10 pm, just keep it in mind). Wireless Internet was online, which helped me to plan my daily trips.

  At first we were not sure about Petit Born - the shared bathroom was a concern for us and we had not picked this up on the web site when we booked. However, Anna was extremely helpful and convinced us to stay. Even the shared bathroom was not a major problem. The breakfast is very good as well. And Anna is certainly a major asset - helpf - I can't recommend this place enough! I loved my stay there, especially as a female travelling on my own!
