We had a very warm greeting as soon as we entered the Hotel, from Alex. Although in travelling, my expectations do not include that everyone speaks English; but, your staff spoke it extremely well, which makes travelling so much easier. The location was absolutely perfect for accessing the sites in the old town. Very easy to get to and from the airport via the aerobus as the apt is only 2 minutes walk away from Placa Catalunya. I was pleasantly surprised, both with the location and the size of the apartment. The bed was comfortable. The lighting was particularly good too. It is a 5 minutes walk from the airport bus stop at Plaza Catalunya.

The location of the hotel was perfect , it is few minutes walk from the city center and the bus tour. The staff are friendly and helpful all the time and were kind to my 5 months old son. The inside of the hotel is clean with modern design, the room although slightly small but are comfortable and clean and the hotel provide a cot to by son freely. I was expecting a moderate size swimming pool unfortunately it was small, but again it is clean with modern design romantic atmosphere.

Location was fantastic and we were parents traveling with adult children. Very spacious with a lovely decor and ambience. Well appointed with full kitchen and laundry facilities plus en suites for both bedrooms. After a full day out it was lovely to come back to such comfort and spend the evening in. Greet and meet service plus a bonus was being able to arrange a late checkout and transport to the airport. A must in Barcelona

On arrival the staff were welcoming and friendly and very helpful . The apartment was bright , clean , spacious and was very well equipped . It was very well located for all conveniences of Barcelona . We arrived at 11.30 am and we're allowed to check in at that time which was brilliant . We needed to print off boarding passes and the girl on reception was most helpful and did it without any trouble . I would stay at Whotells again

Terrific location for first visit to Barcelona - walked everywhere. Excellent building with elevator. Kitchen open all day for easy access to refrig, coffee, etc. -
I loved the fact that the breakfast was laid out in a kitchen that was open to all guests all day. It made it feel as though you were staying in a home.
