  Det bästa var nog at de tog hand om bilen vid ankomsen - It's central, easy access to shops, facilities, main roads. Beautiful vistas, great, helpful staff, multi-lingual, also. Good tourist information leaflets. Wonderful ambience. Would recommend it to anyone.... - Staff were very approachable and helpful.   Excellent location in city centre. The staff were helpful and friendly at all times and we liked the 24hr reception desk which made us feel secure in the hotel. The building had lots of character with lovely internal courtyards and interesting paintings and furnishings. We stayed in the junior suite (room 103) which was amazing. The whole suit felt very homely and relaxing an - The hotel is quirky - but very nicely so. The decor of old Spainish tiles in an ancient convent provides a comfortably and interesting historical ambiance. The hotel is clean and quiet, and the buffet breakfast is amongst the best we have enjoyed. Being only one hundred metres from the cathedral in the Santa Cr us district is a real bonus. Really nice place and reccommended. NB: do not attempt to take your car to the hotel - the experience of the narrow 'donkey' streets is frightening - best to

  Badrummet - The roof top area with swimming pool, loungers and garden is lovely and a big plus. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were reasonably spacious, with towels changed daily. The sitting area downstairs was large with lots of smaller areas with sofas and easy chairs. The receptionist is very helpful. About 10 minutes walk to the attractions.   Very conveinent location to the stadium. Only 20 minutes walk from the centre and plenty of local bars nearby. - The hotel staff was extremely helpful and courteous. Our room was large and in a good location.
