  If you want to enjoy Sevilla in the heart of the action then this is the perfect place for you! The apartment is very charming, clean, spacious and steps from the Alcazar Palace and Seville Cathedral! We got a warm welcome by a very nice gentleman who waited for us since we were late for our check-in time. The closest place to park is underground beside Alfonso XIII Hotel - Fantastic place for a large family staying in Sevilla. In the heart of Santa Cruz area, 100m away from the Cathedral & Alcazar, small shops and restaurants, all accessible form walking distance. The duplex is fully equiped, very comfortable, and the full roof terrasse is just incredible. The kids and us loved the place. The little extra: our host was very welcoming and helping in any ways to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Thank you!

  Very good value for money. I cannot think of many places in Sevilla where you can get a private double-bed room for 25 Euros per night. On top of that, there was free wi-fi, two free PCs for use, nice clean bathrooms, and breakfast included. The breakfast was not that exciting, but still very nice that it was included in the price. - 1.   the staff were extremely accommodating and helpful as we were there with our baby. the location was brilliant and the hotel was perfect for us considering the price which was really reasonable. - This hotel was in a fantastic position to sightsee and eat at all the local cafes and bars.   It was beautiful. And the rooms were absolutely spotless. Modern bathroom. My 6 year old daughter said it looked like paradise when we walked in! - Great location near the old city in Seville. The hotel has a ambience and the staff we really helpful. Great value-for-money.
