  Good bedrooms in a quite peaceful area of Madrid. They firstly gave us a smoking room but I had no problem at all to change it to a non-smoking room. Considering that the city center is very noisy, this hotel is in a very nice area, only 10 minutes walking from the tube station (Suanzes).   Zenit Abeba is a wonderful place to stay and a real find. I was in Madrid because of a family emergency and the staff could not have been more helpful, caring and friendly. The hotel was comfortable and clean and very well situated in a lovely, safe residential section of Madrid, close to shops, places to eat and the metro.   The Hotel is very good: near the Subway Station, free internet, very comfortable and beautiful room. The attendant was so kind with us. We do really recommend this Hotel. It was a great choice. - There is no reason to complain. The location was very convenient - closeto downdown as well as to the airport.   We found the services provided by the Hotel from the prompt pickup at tthe airport by the minibus,to the friendly reception staff on our arrival at the Hotel.The staff in the bar and restaurant were friendly and helpful,and the evening meal we had in the restaurant was delicous.Our room was ready on our arrival and was very clean and spacious.Also ... vad folk säger » a transfer to the airport at 4.30am was helpful. - It was really a lovely stay for my father and I at the hotel. The staff were defferent and could not have been more helpful and it did help because they spoke English. It was near to the airport and the shuttle service worked like a dream. It was comfortable - Dad could sit on the patio having a large drink and I could sunbathe and have a swim. It was a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

  This hotel is awesome if attending a show at Expo Centre. Room was large with great bathroom. Loved playing with the motorized window blind! Free internet if you ask for card, which was a real plus - I was visiting a trade fair that was 10 minutes in distance from the hotel
