  The Staff was excellent! I would recommend this hotel to anyone! The hotel is 2 blocks from the Plaza de Toros and the Ventas Metro station making all of Madrid easily accessible . - Although this hotel is out of Madrid's central area, it's has easy access to the Sol or Gran Via by bus and metro. It is quiet, has good service, excellent breakfast... vad folk säger » and a large garage.

  mkt trevligt hotel,vackra rum, ganska lugnt läge - Relaxing after a busy trip and its proximity to airport - The feeling of being in a mansion in the middle of Madrid. The breakfast was good, the seperate villas (with umbrella!) were special and the additional goodie bag of Bulgari amenities was well appreciated.

  This hotel is awesome if attending a show at Expo Centre. Room was large with great bathroom. Loved playing with the motorized window blind! Free internet if you ask for card, which was a real plus - I was visiting a trade fair that was 10 minutes in distance from the hotel
