  The Receptionist were very nice especially named; Ignacio, Martha and Christina Hervasc. The Cleaning Staff was very helpful and friendly while providing us with all of out needs.   This hotel is excellent for location and comfort at a very reasonable price. We were able to park free of charge outside the hotel and used the Metro, which is 5 mins walk from the hotel, to travel into the centre of Madrid in 20 mins. The hotel is modern with free wifi and the room very comfortable with a generously sized shower. Staff were pol... vad folk säger » ite and helpful. Another plus is an Italian Restaurant 'Ginos' situated near the Metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Madri - The metro station is situated with 2-3 minutes walk. Free parking is just outside the hotel. If you wish to have a more secure / private parking, the hotel could provide. The hotel is just between the city centre and the airport. There will be no problem to call a taxi. Value for money.

  The Staff was excellent! I would recommend this hotel to anyone! The hotel is 2 blocks from the Plaza de Toros and the Ventas Metro station making all of Madrid easily accessible . - Although this hotel is out of Madrid's central area, it's has easy access to the Sol or Gran Via by bus and metro.   This hotel is awesome if attending a show at Expo Centre. Room was large with great bathroom. Loved playing with the motorized window blind! Free internet if you ask for card, which was a real plus - I was visiting a trade fair that was 10 minutes in distance from the hotel
