  Location was convenient for our purposes. Parking in the underground area turned out actually to be convenient for car access since it was a simple elevator ride from our floor to the car. The reception staff were friendly and knew enough English to help us. Comfortable.   The Staff was excellent! I would recommend this hotel to anyone! The hotel is 2 blocks from the Plaza de Toros and the Ventas Metro station making all of Madrid easily accessible . - Although this hotel is out of Madrid's central area, it's has easy access to the Sol or Gran Via by bus and metro.   Bra beläget - Being in the Hospitality business myself I found this Hotel divine. Loved the decor and the general feel of the place. Being close to airport metro line and in the heart of all the sites. I even returned for a night on my way out of Spain.
