  Location is good if you don't like loud night life (the district is quiet, not comparable to El Raval where we stayed before; no noise from the streets and it's still only 10-15 min to subway "Joanic"); We had a 2-bedroom apt, it was really big, bright, renovated and clean. Kitchen was equipped with everything (kettle, dishes, bowels, toaster etc.... vad folk säger » .)! Everything as per foto. House itself is quiet and renovated. Communication with the staff was OK, checkin &checkout was fast. Overall = recomm - Staff member alex was very helpful. We arrived later than anticipated and he was very understanding as i had no signal to update him as we arrived. Apartment was modern and airy and had everything we needed except a cot bed so i would not use here if needing this unless you take your own. The sofa bed wasnt this biggest either. Other than that the only issue we had was hot water which alex kindly remedied. Location was good for the sagreda familia but a bit of walk to las ramblas but no major i

  We liked almost everything at the hotel. Its location couldn't be better, right behind the metro exit and you can watch Sagrada Familia at breakfast time or whenever ou go up the terrace. Receptionists and waiters, everybody was very helpful. Room was very large and clean and modern. Hotel is very new with a minimalist design. I requested a specific type of room at the time of reservation and they remembered - The staff. They went out of our way to fix any issues with the room, answer our many questions, mail our postcards, tell us about the culture of the city, etc. They packed a breakfast bag for my wife and I in the early morning when we left since we could not stay for breakfast. We were still talking about how friendly the staff was when we got home. This is the best customer service we've had amongst all the places we've visited in the mediterranean.   Helena, receptionist, always cheerful, professional and helpful. Stayed on well after her leaving time to settle us in after our late arrival due to problems with our pre-booked airport pickup. This was nothing to do with the hotel but Helena was proactive in ensuring that it was all sorted out and our departure pickup was ontime.   The bunk beds are great. Enough privacy, lights in your bunk. The showers are proper, cleaned everyday, hot water, soap dispenser. The kitchen is clean, easy to use, to cook, there is a waterboiler, dishwasher, pans and plates, enough cups. The hostel is nearby Parc Güell, there is bakery around the corner, enough supermarkets, two - This lovely hostel with friendly and helpful staff is very close to the metro and to the famous Gaudi Park! Good starting point to explore Bcn, especially given that in the lounge travellers can find lots of flyers and useful info about tours, events and promotions! Has all necessary facilities, like wifi, tv, fully equipped kitchen, lockers, hair dryer, washing machine and dryer, etc. Very nice atmosphere, I found it easy to mix with other guests :) highly recommended!!!
