  Personalen - Especially liked the location. The staff spoke English very well, and they were nice and helpful. They also let us check in at noon, which we appreciated. - Location was very central. Rooms spacious and clean. Excellent staff

  Great place to stay in Barrio Santa Cruz - especially during Semana Santa with a paso right in front of the hotel. Everything in relative ease walking distance. Wireless in rooms and computers in the lobby. We passed on the expensive breakfast, since so many places to eat closeby - cheaper too. Comparable to a nicer Courtyard Marriott. The room we were allocated was ideal for travelling with older children as it was spacious. The use of the internet helped them to contact their friends. The decor is sophisticated.

  The hotel had very stylish decor and this went down very well with our daughters. The rooms were clean,comfortable and well appointed. We are a couple with an 11 year old daughter and a 14 year old daughter, the girls had their own room with a connecting door to our room and this provided privacy and security.   Easy to find...entrance to carpark clearly signposted right next to hotel..allowed to leave car there even after checking out.....price good..staff friendly and attentive to detail...room very comfortable. - The staff were friendly, helpful.
