The staff was very friendly and helpful - Tthe hotel is new; our two rooms and bathrooms were very clean, roomy and beautifully furnished; the bed and pillows were very comfortable; the air-conditioning worked well; the location was very good and easy to get to from a major plaza. The public areas (lounge, bar) were nicely appointed and very restful. We really enjoyed the Villa Oniria and would definitely stay there again.

Our room looked out onto a tree lined avenue with a tiled central - We were there for 2 nights and the hotel was excellent .The car was parked for me and was outside waiting when we were checking out.In a lovely area with lots of bars and restaurants close by and a 20 minute walk to the Alhambra following the hotels directions,NOT Googles. As the Alhambra overlooks the city, if you do not like walking then public transport etc is advisable as it is quite hilly for the last half of the walk and would not suit every body.As we only used the hotel as a base and we

  Bra service - This was my second stay at the Melia, Granada and was very satisfied. Our hair dryer was not working and when reported was rectified immediately, showing attention to detail.   the hotel was the best place that ı have stayed thorough out my spain visit and it was the same price with the other hostels. we have stayed for a night and it was perfectly clean. the room was cheaper than it worth. staff was very helpful and we loved the place. thanks to hotel rallye for everything. - Price was excellent, location was also good

God frukost. - We had small children and we really appreciated the hotel service staff going to extra lengths to make sure the baby bed was cleaned and related amenities were looked after. The large playground outside the hotel was a nice feature.   The hotel was very modern and high tech. Our teenaged children loved it. It was very convenient to drive to the Alhambra (5-10 min drive) and city bus number 4(catch it around the corner and across the street) was very convenient to go into the city of Granada. The free internet service was appreciated. - Incredibly good and helpful staff, outstanding cleanliness, all facilities from the internet to the swimming pool were great.
