Everything that the wonderful lady at the desk did was positive. We had had a horrific day and it seemed like the bad events were never ending, but she was very sympathetic and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and get me and my husband anything that would make at least our night and early morning better. The staff were incredible, unbelievably welcoming and made you feel as
if you were in your own home.
It is in a beautiful setting and very inspiring.
Whether you want to sightsee or relax, you can sunbathe by the pool looking out over the Alhambra or within 10 minutes be in the centre of town.
There is dinner and drinks served every night for €7-10 which is an amazing chance to meet the staff and other guests

We could not have been happier with this apartment. Great location, clean, nicely decorated and a well equipped kitchen. But what really put us over the top was the owner and his staff. Our dog apparently wasn't comfortable while we were out sightseeing our first day (i.e. barking) and instead of scolding us the hotel owner went way out of his way and offered to keep our dog in his office the next day. Absolutely unnecessary and I'm sure not standard (I wouldn't expect it again) but it goes
