Very modern, clean hotel, it is all it seems to be on the pics or the internet. Amazing view from the Glass elevator! Fun 3rd floor pool and spa and sauna and terrase. Paseo in front of the hotel, cheap eats and buys close by, Close to the touristic area of Albaycin, Alhambra, by taxis only 6 euros if your feet are tired! -

Really good price for a nice and decent single room unit with bathroom. Cleverly designed. Location is a little bit outside of Granada City Centre, but still in very close distance to walk. -

The receptionist Yousaf impresses with his warm, caring & friendly attitude. The hostel is placed nicely in between the city center & Al-hamra palace. Walking around & through the jungle is a fun. The people are nice. They allowed me extra 3 hours for check out.

The staff at the Portago Urban we're very friendly and accommodating to our needs during the stay. A requested room change was done with no drama and they assisted with some business issues I was having at the time. I really cannot thank them enough. We liked the design of the hotel. Very friendly at reception, day and nice. We enjoyed the very nice roof terrace. Very quiet although in the old part of town. And for us of great importance the very high quality of beds and the viscoelastical pillows. Difficult to find.
