This is a stunning hotel in a stunning setting. Surrounded by mountains on three sides with far reaching views across the countryside. The food is always first class and sometimes exceptional; they produced imaginative alternatives for a non meat eater. The service is friendly, responsive and relaxed. Fantastic peaceful location tucked away in the foothills.
A great get away from it all holiday destination. Rooms are really lovely. The only comment I would make is that the location wouldn't be suited to those less able to walk due the rustic nature of paths. Fantastic food. Will go back again without doubt.

The peace and location of the hotel and helpfulness of the staff - Almost everything was perfect. Nice design and comfortable rooms. Lovely awakening in the peacefully nature. Well situated to explore the mountains, biking, hiking.
