  the location, in the old town with a fantastic view of the marina and Poniente Beach - you HAVE to pay extra for sea view, it is well worth it. Walk in shower, free wifi, quietest and most efficient aircon we've ever had, staff very friendly and helpful, bar open all day and reasonable prices, spotlessly clean. We loved it and are hoping to go bac... vad folk säger » k next year - The Condestable hotel is very well situated in the old town part of Benidorm. We paid extra for the view over the marina which was well worth the upgrade. The hotel is small and very basic, but it is also cheap, clean and in a quiet area. All in all good it's good value for money and we would stay there again.

  The play area was perfect for our grandchildren,the restaurant was very good value and plenty of choice,served by pleasant staff and well cooked.

  On entering the Iris I was met by a very welcoming Sabby one half of amazing hosts of this little gem of a hideaway who went out of her way to make sure my stay in Benidorm would be one to remember, in more ways then one. The security was great as someone was on duty at all times. This little gem of a hotel just 3 minutes walk to the beach and also in centre of Beni - The rooms where basic but clean, the sheets and towels were clean. The staff were friendly, the hotel was small so had a family feel to it once you were settled. Is very central, 2-5 minutes from bars and restaurants, 10 minutes from the beach. 20 minutes walk (uphill) to the tram if you wish to visit other locations.
