  Renlighet !!! - Very very clean. lovely bathroom and bed. Perfect for a trip to the city! - The rooms are big, very clean with comfortable beds. The hotel has a good location, just around the corner from Placa Molina station (an FGG station). The transfer from the airport takes about 1 hour (R10 from the airport, transfer at Sants Estacio on R7, tr... vad folk säger » ansfer at Catalunya on L7), so it should cost only 1 trip on a T-10 card (10 trips for 7.70 euro).   Our stay was very pleasant. The staff were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Rooms are soundproof due to the large double windows and very bright and clean as well with a modern style.   Personalen var väldigt trevlig. Läget är också bra. - The location was excellent. They had a area for free beverages that included Red Bull, which are about $3 in Florida where I live. They gave a lot of resources( maps, directions, etc) for getting around town and making the most of your stay. Spoke good English and let us check in two hours early... vad folk säger » . Very modern and posh decor. Would definetly go back to this hotel if ever in Barcelona again. - The location was good. It was close to the main street and metro station. It was also on the side street, and our room was not facing the street, so it was quiet. We had a 8months old baby, so we were worried about the street noise. The room was clean and modern and big enough to even have a cot inside the room. There is free 24h coffee and water, which was excellent.

They went out of our way to fix any issues with the room, answer our many questions, mail our postcards, tell us about the culture of the city, etc. They packed a breakfast bag for my wife and I in the early morning when we left since we could not stay for breakfast. We were still talking about how friendly the staff was when we got home. This is the best customer service we've had amongst all the places we've visited in the mediterranean.   I liked the location of the hotel which was on the tourist bus route so we weren't in the centre of the city. The staff were extemely friendly and helpful and the hotel itself was spotlessly clean. The underground garage was important to us as well as we were driving to the hotel. - Friendly people, nice clean rooms...
