  Trevlig personal. Fräscha rum. Helt okej inredning. De städade effektivt och ganska snabbt och fixade nya handdukar osv. Massa smågrejer på toaletten som skoborste, tandborste, tvål och duschcreme. Mycket fräsch toalett. - The hotel was very clean. Rooms were bigger than I had expected and they did have air conditioning. Bathroom had large bath w... vad folk säger » ith shower. Towels and bedsheets were changed daily. The pool and hot tub area on the roof was very nice and pleasant. - Great Location...close to the Metro Stations and wonderful places to eat!Far enough from the busy center yet close enough to many of the touristattractions!! Loved barcelona!! Would go again and recommend this hotel!

  The Ciutat Vella was perfect, The staff were friendly and very helpful, i especially like the fact that they have a fridge full of bottled water in reception and you can just help yourself, There is free internet and you can print off anything you require free of charge. The room was perfect, comfortable, air conditioned, lcd tv, and a Power shower... vad folk säger » which was great for waking you up in the morning - Bright, light, pleasant design. Very friendly staff. Free wireless Internet access; where low signal, hotel staff provides a network cable, there is an Ethernet outlet in each room. Free coffee/tea and cake from afternoon through the night. Location near University Metro station (3 lines).
