  The hotel is central, easy to find, close to the Catalonia Square where you catch all the buses and metro line.   The facilities were excellent, the power shower was amazing, laptop with free internet and all the finishing touches to the decor etc really made the difference. The hotel is right in the middle of everything but you never hear any of the traffic because of the very good double glazing even though we were right on the road. Staff was very friendly and tried to help (we in fact booked a Flamenco show from the front desk). One of the staff - Alex - stood apart and really tried to help as much as possible.

  Modern and stylish backed up with excellent and friendly service - The staff were very helpful. The room was well designed and equippedwith a balcony and a good view. Food and facilities were good.   The location was fantastic. It was very close to the El Born district & the Picasso Museum. There were plenty of little unique shops & restaurants in the area. Yet the location was very quiet & calm since the hotel faces the Citadel Park. The interior is very modern, clean and well-maintained.   We loved our stay at this Hotel Palace! Perfect, professional and very polite and helping staff. We had a wonderful room with a balcony and good view (standard). It was perfect, spotlessly clean, light, not noisy. They cleaned the room several times a day. We gave our passport copies, our credit cards and all info, but when we came back at 5 pm from sightseeing,our bags were still not brought to our rooms. We were 3 couples and were exhausted.
