  Wonderful hotel in the countryside near Banyoles. Our room was comfortable, spacious and stayed nicely cool on a hot day; there is a huge garden with a nice pool, as well as several very comfortable common areas in the house; and the surroundings make for good walks through the forest. Good breakfast. The meals fabulous at very reasonable costs. Breakfast featuring local sausages and cheeses, farm-fresh eggs, etc. the best we have experienced in Europe. Beautifully renovated 12th Century manor set in a lovely rural setting.
