Our host , Gorka was the best bartender/host one could find. A very
fun crowd patronized his friendly establishment. We loved the community
concert held in the town square outside our balcony, along w/ the
convenient location of amenities. We were charmed. The boat trip to
Hendaye was fun and the beach is the ultimate...just wish we had been

Cute hotel on the main square in the old part of town. Very nice staff and fun location with views of the sea. Parking is a bit of a walk and locating the hotel might be difficult at night. Old town is quiet and picturesque. It's also a nice walk to main area of restaurants.

Very convenient location, two minutes walk from RENFE station and 5 - 10 minutes walk from Irun Colon Euskotren station and town centre. Very friendly, cheerfully helpful staff and comfortable room in which everything worked. -

If you want a very functional hotel similar to a premier inn in the UK, this will meet all your requirements. Clean. Great room. Quiet. Secure parking which was useful as we were on two motorbikes. We didn't eat at the hotel so can't comment on food either in the hotel or available nearby. -

Really helpful staff! Very approachable and happy to help with questions... Because of the location I chose to hire a car, and the large car park made it very easy to use. The room was quite large and excellent value. The bar food was great too. -

Even though he only spoke Basque, the family patriarch went to great lengths to ensure we understood that the best way into San Sebastian was by bus, not our car. Pension is really great. It is constructed inside the building that is surrounded by factories, but inside it's looking amazing. The owner is great person. He was building pension for five years by himself and he did a great job! He waited for us until 3 a.m. in the morning and allowed us to check out at 3 p.m. because of it. He also gave us gifts

It's 4-5 km from San Sebastian center, but if you have a car, it's really no problem... I will come back here next time! -
Never judge a book by it's cover! This hotel is built within an old factory so the outside looks horrible but after taking the industrial lift upstairs you enter into another world. Clean, stylish, contemporary design with all the facilities. We used it as a stop over but you could use it as a base to explore the nearby mountains and coast of San Sabastian. The owner is really helpful and friendly and gave us maps and advice.
