  The tranquility, the pool area was braw for those lazy sundays and afternoons, bus stop to the centre was directly opposite the hotel, supermarket and shopping centre next door - It was a well run hotel, with friendly staff in a good position to.   We stayed in Salamanca Monday-Wednesday in late October. The hotel is well situated about 5-10 minutes walk from the rail station and a few minutes walk from the old town centre. A little noisy as it is on a main road. Hotel is all chandeliers, marble and glitter, not trendy, but very comfortable. The decor was beautiful and so different from the usual bland style of many hotels I've stayed in. Breakfast was included in our room rate and was very impressive with a wide choice of fruit, cheese, meats, pastries etc. The hotel staff were also very pleasant and efficient.

  The staff was extremely helpfull. Even though there was a wedding party going on in the restaraunt, the food we ordered was spectacular and on time. They had no excuses.   We drive down through Spain to Costa del Sol and back and found this place on letsbookhotel.com. We had been staying at the Ibis in Salamanca but find this more suitable as a stop over. We also travel with our dog, and would highly recommend these apartments to those travelling with dogs. It's so easy as all the apartments are like little bungalow... vad folk säger » s, so easy to get dogs in and out for walks etc. The apartments are huge too, and well equipped and very clean. So pleased we found La Reserva de Cuat - An excellent gated complex, easy to find and close to the main motorways. The accommodation is warm and comfortable even in the winter. The reception area has wifi facilities and is quiet and comfortable. The complex is very close to 2 very good restaurants that are open all year. A perfect location for and over night stop when travelling through to southern Spain.
