  The hotel was just as expected and being fairly new was in good shape. The staff were excellent, far better than some 4 to 5 star hotels we have stayed in. Ideal location for a concert we were going to nearby. The breakfast was also excellent value for money. - Close to the airport and a perfect stop-off. Great location at a very good price a few paces from San Miguel Street and the lift to the Beach.   We booked late for two nights and requested parking. When we arrived the desk man who didn't speak English conveyed the parking was full that night but would be OK the second night. We parked on the street for the duration without problems. Although a 20 minute walk from town centre there is a good bus service which we used. Security was good with 24 hour access controlled by staff. - Superb price for a cheap night close to the Beach and Malagar. Air conditioned room, TV and very handy for the airport, only !0 minutes by taxi. The whole place was spotless and it has working alarms! Beach is very handy and we found plenty of places for eating. What more could you want! Staff were also very helpful and spoke English.
