  Our room had extensive views of the sea. Sunsets in particular were to die for. The location was ideal for us. A great walk along signal hill to the V & A via the noon day gun. The facilities were outstanding in this boutique style hotel.   I was pleasantly surprised ! Have had a few shocking online bookings before . The apartment was spacious and neat . Lovely view . Even had a turn down service in the evening , which was unexpected for a self catering apartment . Location is good , close to all the popular spots .   A well run hotel conveniently located in a quieter part of Sea View. The suites are modern and tastefully decorated although the bedrooms are smaller than the living room area.We also enjoyed a nice sized balcony overlooking the pool and with a sea view.   I spent 10 days here as a solo female traveler and what a wonderful place! I really enjoyed my stay here. James really goes out of his way to make sure you have the best trip possible. He arranged a tour of Robben Island for me and a really cool cooking class in Bo Kaap. James, the owner, is friendly and helpful (he checked if the cable way to table mountain was open (because of heavy winds) and if a certain museum was open (because of public holiday), dropped me off at the Waterfront, as he had to go there as well, and arranged a taxi/shuttle service.

The rooms are clean, well-ventilated, have aircon, and are well laid out particular if you want to do some work. Breakfast was delicious and very well served, we would definitively stay there again.
