Good quiet safe location . Very modern rooms . Wonderful views from the veranda overlooking Cape Town .Very pleasant and welcoming host . Good breakfast .

The bed was tiny for 2 people.
Street parking.
No heating in bathroom and very poor in bedroom (250W).
The room was very cold
The towels were damp.
Obviously not equipped for CT winter weather.
