  The kindness and help,support of ALL staff. Absolutely the best hotel we have ever stayed at including all other " One & Only". we really liked it !!!   Ett litet Guest House med bra läge, gångavstånd 15 min. till Waterfront. Mycket trevlig personal; fantastiskt rum (nr. 2). Rum nr. 1 Bröllopssvit var som ett 5-stjärnigt rum i Sverige. Går även att få tvätten omhändertagen till en ringa penning. Kommer att ligga 5 min. från nya fotbollsstadion för VM2010. - Bra kontakt med de lokala guiderna och i... vad folk säger » nformation om aktiviteter. Vi fick bra pris på att hyra en scooter och hotellet ligger centralt och bra placerad i ett lugnt och tryggt område i Kapstaden. Frukosten var också jättebra.

  Michel and Ursula make a stay at Rouge on Rose feel like you've instantly found a new home and want to move in for a year, not just a few days. The hotel itself is quite stylish without feeling too forced edgy/modern, our room was spacious and like a small studio apt.   This was an excellent hotel. It was situated just outside the Waterfront and although you could walk there, they had a courtesy bus that ran every half hour. It was also situated near to the cental area. We arrived early and they looked after our luggage until the room was ready. The room was clean and had all the facilities you would expect. The rooms and service is very good. The location of the hotel is good and the use of the free shuttle to the Vand A water front is very useful. If you get a good rate this is the hotel to stay in.

  We were allocated a ground floor room which I was not too happy with, after mentioning it to Nobu at reception she went out of her way to arrange another room and get it ready for us.   Spaciousness and layout of the room - Although the hotel was old (and currently being renovated) it was clean and comfortable, nothing particularly distressing. Breakfast was good, though it's debatable whether it's worth the R130 you can save if you choose not to have it.

  I usually stay at the Waterfront and only chose the Taj out of neccesity because everyone else was full with Argus bookings. I was very pleasantly surprised. This is an excellent 5 star hotel at a fraction of the cost of some competitors. The city location is vibrant and interesting.
