  The kindness and help,support of ALL staff. Absolutely the best hotel we have ever stayed at including all other " One & Only". we really liked it !!! Strongly recommend the hotel to all !!! - Staff were outstanding; loved the unique scent menus; food was excellent; special occasion and they made sure they acknowledged it!

  The staff, location, facilities and access to The One and Only Hotel's restaurant for breakfast were all fabulous. Nothing was too much trouble for the wonderful staff who assisted us with booking tickets and tours during our four days in Cape Town. Our apartment 504 with views of the V&A Marina and a backdrop of Table Mountain was pure luxury... vad folk säger » and walking distance to great shopping and restaurants. We will definitely recommend and will stay at Lawhill again on our next trip to SA. - The Lawhill Apartments far exceeded our expectations. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment with a fantastic view of the waterfront. Each bedroom had a very comfortable bed and an en-suite bathroom. We had more room than we needed. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. If I have a chance to go back to Cape Town, I would definitely try to stay here again.

  Beautiful hotel in a great location (Literally 2 minutes walk and you're at the centre of the Q&A waterfront) staff were very friendly and helpful. But out of the 3 in the hotel chain I'm pleased I stayed at the Queen Victoria. - Everything! Beautiful room, views, linen,great bathroom, delicious breakfast etc etc. And the free bottle of bubbly because it was a birthday celebration!!!! We will be back!!!!

  Absolutely perfect location. Best location in Waterfront - set slightly above waterfront so has stunning views and feels like a preaceful haven, but is only a 2 minute walk down to all the action. The hotel itself is lovely with beautifully designed bedrooms and gorgeous grounds.   Candice, one of your travel agents/assistants, went above and beyond to make sure all our questions were answered and all our tour arrangements were completed...She is a treasure for V&A! We could not have been happier wioth our choice of hotel, and would stay there again should we visit.
