  Trevligt personnel, ren och trevligt rum och service utmärkt! - We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the rooms, it was much bigger than expected. The staff was very effecient and friendly. The hotel it self is beautiful and will surely be part of "places to photograph on holiday" very unique. The breaksfast served was plentiful and well prep... vad folk säger » ared.   Everything. Being in the travel industry, I have been to many guest houses, and this one by far is my favourite. Very clean, very comfy, but mostly, very friendly.   The greeting was very warm and friendly. The staff were supportive and informative. The property is being upgraded by the owners since they took over 18 months ago. All the improvements are of a good quality. The hotel is situated in the centre of Knysna so we needed to take a taxi to and from the beautiful water front, however it was worth it. - ... vad folk säger » Location is perfect, breakfast is fantastic, owners are personally involved and extremely friendly.
