  The staff we really good, everytime we call for anything they would cone immediatly. The helped us with finding taxi, movie ticketing and many more. Great place for family with kids. The best thing is location location and location.   The staff are very accommodating. My family came early 1am and what I requested was granted. I ask for an Airport and the driver came on time according to the flight details i sent. When we came to the hotel, everything were ready. I feel so at home because the staff at the hotel welcomes us very warmly. He is really very helpful, especially at the - The service provided by the staff were excellent, very accomodating and helpful. Coffee machine with fresh coffee beans - BIG plus for us! The location being so close to Orchard Road was a significant positive aspect. Very good pool on the roof for toddlers. Free wifi also a big bonus for maintaining contact and doing some work.

  very impressed by the high service standard. It is a busy hotel but every staffs make it very welcoming and comfortable stay for us. The subtle caring and attentions that the hotel staffs try to deliver make a huge difference and make it stand-out.   Rooms were spacious and clean. Service from staff was the best. Very helpful and cheerful. They were intelligent. Concierge was knowledgeable and polite. Beds are very comfortable. Wifi in rooms was reliable and fast. Can connect 2 wifi for free for duration of stay. Towels were clean and fluffy. Aircon was great for ppl who like it cold.
