  It is very close to the Haram and it takes only about five minutes to reach it. The room was awesome, specially the bathroom which had the toilet and bidet area separated from the rest by an opaque glass door. Everything was very, very clean and the room was very quiet, it felt as if we were alone in the whole floor, which we were not. The servi... vad folk säger » ces was good and professional. We will definitely come back to this hotel the next time we visit Makkah but we will probably have breakfast somewhere - 1. I liked the proximity of the hotel to the Grand Mosque. 2. The Atyaf resturant had excellent food for all the meals. 3. I liked the way we were traeted by the reception staff. They projected a prfessional image and conducted themselves professionally. 4. We liked the fact that the hotel is part of King Abdulaziz "waqf" for the Two Holy Mosques. This will encourage us to go back again to the same hotel.

  Very accommodating - we started off expecting to travel with my Son (8) and daughter (4), so booked a twin room with an extra bed. However, we ended up with all 3 of our children, and when we arrived we found 2 extra beds had been placed in the room, so the equivalent of a quadruple room. Plenty of space for all of them, plus a couple of sofas, ... vad folk säger » and no extra charges at all - nor any comments regarding maximum room occupancies etc.. THANKYOU! Location for the Mosque was great. We could see the - Service was very good, friendly staff. Rooms very nice, made up daily. Free newspaper every morning. Excellent location, just opposite the Holy Mosque. 75% discount on parking for those staying in the hotel.
