  It was my first time in Jeddah. I was there for my business trip and stayed a week. First of all, hotel was new and clean. I felt myself like home. Rooms are big and some of them has got its own bathroom inside. You have got your own kitchen and prepare everything you desire. Dishes was quite enough and you can ask for more to staff. Staff was very friendly and speaking english very well - It was a great experience, everything was wonderful. Great location near tow of main roads in Jeddah (Sary street & Almadina street) that took you from north to south & east to west. The modern decoration & cleanness was great too. Abu Mohammed “manager” was so nice, helpful and available for gust all the time that made our stay. Many thanks Ayyam In for the excellent service & extra efforts provided.

  Front dest/reception was frienly and quick check in and out ! The 6th foor is perfect for business men. The 6th lounge is Excellent and the Staff is very well trained and efficient to serve you and take care of you. The food at breakfast and in the evening was delicious and of very high quality !   This is a new hotel. The location was convenient for most of my meetings. My room was very clean and spacious like a 4*. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant seems to serve basic breakfast and some drinks only.   The staff at Mercure was very accommodating and friendly the hotel itself was very clean and comfy, I couldnt asked for more, thats the reason why I keep on coming back to this Hotel - I like the way I was treated. I was promoted to bigger suit.

  The Design of the rooms are spectacular, I was amazed with how they arrange the room, there was a space that is speacial for getting ready before going out, I had A wedding at that time when I booked for park haytat so getting ready starting from hair to makeup was easy for me, Also location is amazing and the view is breath taking of the redsea,... vad folk säger » checking in and out was fast huge plus for this hotel. - Beautiful hotel/ resort on Al Hamra district.Something I couldn't imagine of finding in Jeddah.Lovely courtyard to sit and enjoy coffee and close by are lots of other attractions to see and enjoy....
