  The staff were extremely helpful and friendly our driver Andrew very helpful and interesting telling us the history the hotel a unique experience as was not generic just gorgeous something you would not find anywhere else in the world. Would highly recommend - Outstanding hotel, which oozes quality. We understand it used to have a small casino.... vad folk säger » Nice canal view. Very close to Hermitage. Quietly located adjacent to the beautiful st Isaac cathedral, and near to the busy nevsky prospekt. Staff at the hotel was very efficient n friendly. All spoke good English. As always W hotel lives upto it's standards.

  We get the smart deal so the room was big for a small price. This is a big business hotel so there are services according to. - The room was ok. The location was also ok. It took 15 minutes from the hotel to the center of St. Petursburg by car.
