My trip to St Petersburg was quite short and unexpected, so it was extremely hard to find a good place to stay. I caught a booking in Flat and Hotel by accident (they had a cancellation). Apartment owner, Svetlana, was excellent with her emailing, cleaning and helping us find our way around St Petersburg, also her son, Paul, was very good when he greeted us when we arrived, showing us places to visit and how to get there. We felt quite safe and comfortable in the apartment, it was quiet and Svetlana was excellent.

Placement of hotel is very nice. So you can to fill yourself comforable due to silent street that is closely to Saint-Petersburg sights, Gorkovskaya subway station and Neva river. Friedly personal who is ready to organize a transfer for guests, accept credir card and help with any difficults, very well equipped kitchen, clean and stylish interior

Very comfortable and quite rooms and location (just 5 minutes walk form Aurora). Well equipped kitchen is a great advantage for family with children. Cozy hall with fire place. Charitable and helpful hostess.
