  really clean and well equipped for this price. We could find whatever we need in the apartment and staff was very kind and helpful. 10 minutes by foot from the city center, a lot of bars and cafes. Sushi was very good!

  From the moment I made the reservation to the time I finally walked out the front door, the staff did everything in their power to make life easy. Their Tourist Visa Support was impeccable and the airport transfers were extremely punctual, excellent service. The hotel itself is excellent value for money. My room was massive and spotless.   I appreciate my quite neighborhood very much. As soon as the hotel is designed for families and mature couples we were spared of noise and any violence. When with children (or a demanding spouse) it's important. Another positive factor was the location. I and my 7-years old son are very satisfied with our st - Clean rooms, excellent location in the center of the city, metro station is in 3-4 min from the hotel, a lot of shops aroud.   The location is nice and the rooms are big and always clean. They really do look like in the picture. Bathrooms were also clean. Beds were made. Wireless available, very high speed (we had the room next to the reception). All in all, I would stay there again.

  Great staff who took time to give us recommendations, give directions, etc. They also speak English well which was an important bonus. Breakfast is a good spread with lots of variety, definitely saved time and money on that. And the location is excellent- right near Nevsky and just a 10-15 min walk to all main attractions. The personnel is wonderfull, excellent english and helpful. A complete breakfast, with russian specialities and also continental food for foreigners.   We get the smart deal so the room was big for a small price. This is a big business hotel so there are services according to. - The room was ok. The location was also ok. It took 15 minutes from the hotel to the center of St. Petursburg by car.

  It is a very worthy hotel. Nice, clean, neat, 5 min by feet to the nearest metro station. Breakfast is good (coffee, tea,milk, hot and cold starters, english toasts, juices).
