  excellent stay! i travel the world over, just about every week I'm in a new place but have never stayed at a Kempinski before. The staff we great. The room was great. I got upgraded and dont even know why as i dont have a Kempinski loyalty card - but i do now! Will definitely stay again.   The staff were extremely helpful and friendly our driver Andrew very helpful and interesting telling us the history the hotel a unique experience as was not generic just gorgeous something you would not find anywhere else in the world.   The director George Mikhailidi is very helpful and friendly, he speaks very good English. Ask for him if staff speaks few English. All staff is friendly. The location is very central, metro and economic restaurants or fast-food is neadby. Rooms a the back side are quit. - Great value for money, Great location close to major touristic attractions ... vad folk säger » and close to a metro station. Some recepcionists were great, like Dimitri and Natalia, always trying to help. Unfortunatelly, one of the receptionists were extremely rude ( Larisa).
