  Very nice, friendly staff. There was Pancake week and one day they treat everybody to pancakes (in addition to usual breakfast). Everything is comfortable: all the necessary facilities, the kitchen,where the guests can have tea or coffee at any time, it's clean and calm in the room. And very good location! - Hotel location is EXCELLENT, walking distance to a lot of attractions and restaurants(/fast food). There is a bus stop just opposite the hotel if you need to go to Moscow train station. Our room was cleaned every day. The receptionists are friendly and speaks english. We loved the breakfast, there are 5 choices and served at your preferred time. Wifi is good.

  Although some staff can't speek English, they tried to give me a hand as much as they can such as using translator. Breakfast, 150 RUB/person, is quite valued price and pretty tasty, especially omelet! Hotel is located in the centre of city or major attraction spot, so most spot can be reached by foot. Definately come agai - We loved the staff, Julia, the Manager was really kind. She cooked breakfast for us anytime we woke up and she found us a very cheap taxi when we had to go back to the airport. The room was not that big but it was clean. Bathrooms were also cleaned often during the day and the had shampoos, conditioner and hand wash refilled daily! The breakfast has a lot of variety with fresh fruit, juices, cereals, breads... The location was the most valuable point anyway. Its close to every historical place.
