  The hotel was excellent! I arrived at 10 am and the stuff kindly checked me in, no questions asked. the stuff was very kind and professional. the concierge were professional and helped me to find places and activities in my interest. i left at 6.30 am, the check out was very fast and the hotel arranged me a lunch box with some breakfast in it for ... vad folk säger » the way - because i left before breakfast - without extra charge. Also, the location of the hotel is superb, right in the center of the city. - The level of staff service and support was the best we have ever encountered. My wife lost her bag in the taxi from the airport ...being Russia we gave up any hope of getting it back. The hotel staff moved into action immediately, sent their driver to the airport and made sure we got it back ( within a few hours). They didn't have to do that but were genuinely concerned. The room, the breakfast, the location on Nevsky Prospekt, closeness to the metro ...just perfect.

  The front desk staff spoke English very well, which eased everything. They provided the best customer service I have ever experienced in a hotel, and I am an experienced traveller. Breakfast was fantastic. Concierge service was provided (friendly and efficiently) and arranged my airport transfer. Compared to my - The location was perfect for exploring the city. The staff were very helpful. The room was very comfortable with excellent air conditioning (it is worth saying that this is important in the summer. The unit was very quiet so did not disturb us in the night). We dined in the main restaurant several times and enjoyed the food which was Russian cuisine with some Italian dishes. Breakfasts were excellent and catered for a whole range of tastes.
