  This is my second stay here. It's clean, comfortable, and is good value. Location was suitable for my requirements. It is an honest no frills hotel with a light snack type breakfast included. If you want more, look elswhere. - Was basic, good value. Area ok. Plenty of variety for eating in the area at various prices and standards.

  I appreciate my quite neighborhood very much. As soon as the hotel is designed for families and mature couples we were spared of noise and any violence. When with children (or a demanding spouse) it's important. Another positive factor was the location.
