Firstly the location is perfect. It's located 10 minute walk from the esplanade and Molo pier. The staff are very accommodating especially Magda who dealt with us, she provided excellent service. Service was absolutely outstanding. I travel a lot and I have stayed in many luxury hotels around the globe, but I have never encountered such an amazing service, helpful Staff and nice surprises (such as a possibility to buy great espresso, which is brought in the morning to your room and for which you did not eventually have to even pay). Highly recommended and we will definitely be back!

We had a business room which was massive in size and ideal for a running toddler (18 mths) with plenty of space without getting on top of our bags etc. They provided a travel cot which we requested and this was in great condition and worked well. Amazing stay: the hotel is clean, great staff, very spacious rooms with creative design and interior. Breakfest was also very good and rich (also lot of vegetables and fresh fruit). Great location on the main square of the town.

I always stay in this hotel, because it's new, comfortable, with suitable location, underground parking, fitness gym and sauna!The rooms are very cozy and clean.
