  fairly new living appartment, clean, well located, flat option itself is even better than average economy class hotel having in mind living space and commodities. The area around the facility is monitored by security services, so probably safe enough if you arrive by car.   Staff very helpful & did our laundry when they could not figure out how to use the apartments washer. Service beyond our dreams. The location was right in the town plaza. Note that this is a vacation room/apartment organization that has many varied units in the area and is not a hotel, per se. - I liked friendly and professional Staff....   The location was excellent, right in the middle of the most popular square just across the road from the Irish pub and overhead the English bar yet still very quite at night. There is an offlicence and shop next door. The view of the square is fab. The checking in was simple and quick as was the checking out. I requested a alte check out which was... vad folk säger » granted without any hassle. The apartment manager even rang me to confirm this. The apartment itself is a little basic but still has all that is need - The girl from the reception was very friendly and efficient, the flat we stayed is charming, clean and spacious, well located in the heart of Wroclaw and close to good coffes, restaurants, bars and the historical center. And theres a parking included in the price, and everyone knows how hard is to park in the centre of town =) Was really a good experience!

  Everything. The hotel is very luxurious, truly a 5 star hotel. We arrived late but the girl at reception let us in their fantastic swimming pool. You must not miss a swim in the swimming pool if you are in this hotel. In the morning the breakfast was prepared personally for us. Everything was very tasty an - I've stayed in several 5* hotels and they weren't providing better services! This luxury hotel is exceptional and I'd say that it's the best in the city for price and quality! Super-helpful receptionist who was welcoming us at the gate of the hotel, and during check-out he was walking with us until we left. Also they agreed to let us having the breakfast late after check-out around 11am! They simply deserve every penny. Sauna is open all the day, but pool and Jacuzzi were open between 7-12 and
