  Everything. The hotel is very luxurious, truly a 5 star hotel. We arrived late but the girl at reception let us in their fantastic swimming pool. You must not miss a swim in the swimming pool if you are in this hotel. In this hotel you can have a lot of privacy everythere - in the swimming pool, during breakfast etc. The room was nicely decorated,... vad folk säger » comfortable and with a fantastic (big and bright) bathroom. In the morning the breakfast was prepared personally for us. Everything was very tasty an - I've stayed in several 5* hotels and they weren't providing better services! This luxury hotel is exceptional and I'd say that it's the best in the city for price and quality! Super-helpful receptionist who was welcoming us at the gate of the hotel, and during check-out he was walking with us until we left. Also they agreed to let us having the breakfast late after check-out around 11am! They simply deserve every penny. Sauna is open all the day, but pool and Jacuzzi were open between 7-12 and

  The Hotel was both aesthetically amazing. Unique for its combination of both past and present through the modernity of the black and white interior design and the historic and regal exterior. The staff and services offered were as impressive as the overall grandeur of the building itself. Rooms are huge and very comfortable, with a massive bed. Breakfast is good too. Given that, prices are a fraction of the equivalent hotel in any mid-size city in Europe.

  The building is interesting, a modern use of a historical site reclaimed. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable, facilities very modern and clean. The bathrobes and slippers added touches. The location was convenient walking distance from the 'Old Town ' area with public transport close by. Quiet locati - One of our happiest and most relaxed hotel stays ever. Somehow the hotel adjusts to meet the needs of each client - rather than expecting clients to align to prescribed hotel rules. Excellent staff, Thomas Mojka is one of the most professional reception staff! The Manageress was acessible to guests and eager to receive feedback.

  It's right in the town centre and for the price I paid is excellant value for a 5 star. The staff were really helpfull and polite even though we arrived much later than we had planned. - Comfort of room -very peaceful too.
