  It was my first stay in Zakopane. We have stayed in Bambi Cottage - in total 4 guests. I just love this place! Is beautiful, very clean, staff was very friendly. Breakfast was served in the restaurant until 10:30 even though we came to eat later the staff was very professional.   A great place to stay, with an extremely central location. Good value for its price. Furniture and amenities are modern and useful, including an Italian stove-top espresso maker, coffee and teas. The bed is big and comfortable and the wireless is working properly. More importantly, my host, Michal, is an extremely friendly and helpful guy. He not only hooked me up with a nice gym - The location in the old Post Office just next door to both train station and the Old Town is impeccable. Although it is located almost in the center, it's a quiet place with windows facing a nice green area.   Staying here has a lot of advantages; it's located near a tram stop so there's no need to drive into the city; there's also a small supermarket, a bakery, and several veggie stands on the way to the tram; a large Carrefour is not far away; there's a nice little garden in front and in back of the house; the kitchen was well-equipped, the shower was... vad folk säger » good, and the bed was comfortable; there's secure parking in the driveway; the neighborhood is quiet; the friendly, helpful owner lives right upstair - Great owner, friendly and helpful. Very clean apartment, near all the services (little market, shopping center, tram, bus, drugstore). With tram n°8 you travel direct to the town center in less than 20 min. Lowest price I ever seen for an apartment like this. Private park for car and motorbike.
