  Mycket bra, prisvärt och fräscht hotell. - This hotel is outstanding. It's new and located in the upscale part of Krakow. The manager and his staff were incredibly helpful. I hired one of the staff on her off-hours to translate for us when we went to visit my 82 year old mother's ancestral home. It was a very special few days at this hotel for my 8... vad folk säger » 2 year old parents and I. If I could give an excellent + rating, I would. - We booked an additional day at the Neohotel at the last minute. The staff juggled rooms to insure my handicapped 82 year old parents maintained their first floor room despite not having availability for the additional nite. My mother is blind and my father can barely walk. I love the staff because they made this juggling act transparent to my parents.

  The girl at the reception was very polite and helpful, rooms are clean and decent for that money. Location is a bit problematic for those without car, but for those traveling by car I strongly recommend this hostel. Parking is secured over night.   This Motel is very convenient for airport travelers without a car as well as the normal motor travelers.
