Personalen i receptionen och i restaurangen - artig, vänlig och hjälpsam. Bra frukostbuffé. Mycket sköna sängar. Läget nära Gamla Stan och nära kommunikationer. - Mycket trevlig och tillmötesgående personal, lugnt hotell med bra läge. Vi kommer att boka detta hotell igen om vi åker tillbaka.

Everything about the apartments. Very handy for the centre of Krakow.
The kitchenette area came with a coffee pod and coffee. Washing up
liquid and cleaning sponge. The only thing missing was a tea towel!
Kettle, toaster and plenty of crockery and cutlery together with a two
ringed hob. Lovely warm bathroom with bathrobes & slippers provided.

We loved the location of the apartments which one minute from Krakow's main square. The accomodation was very modern, well designed with comfortable beds, excellent shower/toilet facilities and a well equipped kitchen area. Security in the building and within the apartments was also very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially when organising trips. I would recommend Bracka 6 to other travellers without reservation.

Very clean & quiet.
Perfect location! Just a 2 minute walk from the center and 2 minutes in the other direction to the outer ring that takes you to the shopping center, taxis castle and much more.
Sophia was delightful - eventhough we don't speak much Polish we managed fine. She did everything to make us comfortable and to accommodate us.

The location is good, near to the Old Town, main Railway Station and enormous shopping centre - Galeria Krakowska. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable, stuff friendly.
We were able to leave the car in the public parking in front of the hotel - it cost us 30 PLN per whole day (3 PLN per hour) - from 10am till 20pm, rest of the time - it's free. -

Lovely hotel with ample parking, a little out of town which we were happy about as it was very busy in the centre. Great breakfasts, nice Italian restaurant in the hotel. The Bambi Boutique is a newly built residence in typical pine construction. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and spoke good English. Breakfast was included in the price and it was excellent and very comprehensive. The bathroom included the most impressive shower that I have seen in any hotel even if the music coming out of it was predominantly in Polish!!

I got a very good discount on this hotel as it was out of season.That said i got a warm room in fact i had to open the window at night .I had a balcony and a fold up chair but due to the cold weather i just used it to cool my beers?.The rooms are dated but all things functioned well and the location to walking trails and town centre are very good

A great spot in Zakopane, very close to the center yet on a nice, quiet
street, our room was comfortable, very warm, clean and had a balcony
with spectacular view on the mountains. The hotel has an oldish
communist style but we actually found it attractive, at least it is
something different nowadays. It had all facilities of a standard hotel,
towels, toiletries and even 2 bottles of mineral water. The staff was
very helpful, there was no problem to leave the bags for a while after

This is a very charming place, with a very friendly restaurant serving excellent food. Our window gave us a view of the Dunajec River. The walk into the center of town was easy. Staff — Krysia — was exceptional. -
