  The hotel made us feel welcome the moment we arrived. They have a jacuzzi that we used and the staff kept stressing they wanted to help us relax. The whole atmosphere of the hotel was comfortable and beautifully decorated. I would happily stay there again. The breakfast included with the - The hotel is next to the entrance of the salt mine which is operated by the same organization. The hotel is designated as one of the historic hotels in Europe. Everything is convenient and comfortable to stay here.

  We stayed at the hotel in April and at that time there were relatively few other guests. However we were looked after excellently with a broad choice at breakfast and we also had dinner there on two occassions - these were amongst the best meals which we had in Poland.   Hotel is very nice, room was large but very noisy from the street. Staff was nice and friendly. All spoke English. Breakfast was very good.   What a surprise! This is a with love and care well designed hotel. We had a 'standard'room. There are also bigger rooms, all different and very very special.   The entire experience was amazing. The staff was helpful and very polite. The facilities were clean and the environment was terrific. The gym, pool and complimentary breakfast were amazing. - It is rather a 5* hotel. The staff,wellness, gastronomy was the best i've seen.
