  Friendly and helpful staff, fluid english spoken. The locatios of the hotel is perfect, not in the main square, instead at a 10 min walking distance, which I do prefere. - Location in the center, really close to Wawel and Stare Miasto, with tram stop in 20m. Quite comfortable and very clean, but cold.

  Great hotel for it's price! We paid a little extra for the deluxe room and it was a really decent size! Bathroom was insanely huge and very nice! Breakfast in the morning was nice with plenty of options. Location was really excellent and very central to all shops, markets and attractions.   Excellent hotel in every aspect. Easy to find, large parking (however, no free parking options there), fine rooms. They have a PC in every room which is used for the internet, and the monitor as a TV. - Although a bit out of the center, the hotel was actually quite a discovery. Spacious, stylish, clean. Excellent, certainly for business travellers.

  Nice place. Good choice if you want value for money. Luxuary apartmant with sweat kitchen. If you want to centre of Kralow train station is just accros street. It is about 15-20min ride. It's good because I tried went by car to very close place and you need even more time. Traffic is uuff. You get faster with public transportation. It is virtually new in 2013. Everything about the Hotel was great. Friendly and helpful desk clerks. I would recommend all people going Krakow to consider the Vanilla Aparthotel. Dinner at the Vanilla was quite good. I had no complaints about the quality of the food. I have great video of the place if you would like to see it.
