  Reception was most helpful on arrival, giving information we wanted, without needing to ask. Being on the edge of the old town it did not take long to walk in to the square. It was close to both the bus, and train stations, which had a major modern shopping precinct adjacent to it. A lot of old world charm to the foyer and our room. Gentle stroll through the green belt perimeter of the - We loved the old-fashioned, refined ambience of the place. Our room was small but elegant with a nice modern bathroom, a small fridge, tea and coffee making facilities and 3 bottles of water each day. Breakfast was very good, as well as the cold buffet you could have cooked food. Dinner in the restaurant was also very good and excellent value. There were lots of nice touches - fresh plants in the dining room, a pleasant outdoor garden in which they were planting new plants ready for the bette

  Locality, very central to all main attractions in Krakow city centre. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was georgous with a hugh variety of choice for all patrons. The amienities vere excellent i.e the gym, bar etc. - Visited Xmas market, the sites in the old town, the Jewish quarter and visited a salt mine.   We liked the location of the Hotel. - Helpful response to my complaint about traffic noise - they found meanother room that was much quieter. Staff very helpful generally.

  This hotel is a real gem. Centrally located, stylish décor and really helpful staff. The hotel was warm and comfortable and the rooms clean and tidy. All the staff were first class. The buffet breakfast was very good and the staff in the breakfast room were friendly and helpful. I will be staying here again. - Very well-located in the historic centre of Krakow, 5 minutes walk from the Rynek (market square). Friendly personnel, nice room, which despite the heatwave and the absence of air-co kept an acceptable temperature. Lots of life 24/7 in the surrounding area without it being noisy in the late evening/night. All-in-all, an excellent place to stay.

  Very clean and new, with excellent location right across from Auschwitz. Breakfast was good, too. - It is very clean hotel with nice staff. Hopefully, we will be back next year

  Situated in the Jewish Quarter with excellent restaurants and things to see in the surrounding area. Friendly helpful staff arranged our tours and the airport shuttles using their own drivers at a very reasonable cost.   We had rented a car and did not have any clue where we would park it. The desk clerk was so happy to assist us. He gave us the last space in the back of the hotel at 2100. The desk clerks were all very friendly and let us leave our bags for about 8 hours. They even found a camera charger that I had left in the room. The location was great. - Staff was very friendly and helpful and spole English.Breakfast was good with a lot of variety. Location was good for tourist since it was near Old Town. Parking was behind the hotel and very accessible if you needed to use your car. Overall nice, convenient place to stay in Krakow to be near the tourist sites.

  We stayed in Queen Boutique Hotel in November 2013, in a double room for two nights. Our room was really large, located on the top floor and had a nice view of historical tenement houses of Kazimierz. Through the roof windows you could see the sky which was nice too. The main street is quite busy but we weren't disturbed by the noise - the windows... vad folk säger » must be well soundproofed. Our beds were comfortable and the bathroom really nice, clean and with heated floor. The room is well equipped in tea& - The staff were some of the friendliest and helpful hotel staff I've met. They were more than happy to help book tours and taxis for us. Everyone spoke very good English (which was very helpful as my Polish is pitiful)! We also received a voucher from their management to enjoy a meal in their restaurant. The rooms and hotel itself was excellent. The room was very large and we had plenty of space to move around in. It was cleaned daily and was always lovely to come back to at the end of the day.

  Very professional and helpful staff who responded quickly and positively to my email enquiries before we left England. On arrival we were offered a free upgrade from a de-luxe double room to a suite; we were amazed and delighted to accept! The breakfast buffet was comprehensive with fresh, tasty fare on offer every day. The impressive Royal Ar - I liked the location which was just below the Castle at the edge of teh old town. We had the Wavel tram stop just next to us whihc ran both into town , around it and into Kazimierz as well as furhter afield such as the Bohotara Ghetto. The large rooms were great, especially int eh heat. The mattresses and pillows were very comfortable and we had clean sheets daily. The building is lovely.   The room was very clean and modern with brilliant self-catering facilities. The breakfast was fantastic as it was very traditional and in plentiful supply. - I stayed there with my sister for three night and found that the staff were lovely always polite and cheerful and nothing was too much trouble i would certainly recommend the hotel.

  The location was excellent in a quiet street but only a few minutes walk from the centre. The staff could not do enough to help especially the ladies working in reception.
