  Locality, very central to all main attractions in Krakow city centre. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was georgous with a hugh variety of choice for all patrons. The amienities vere excellent i.e the gym, bar etc. - Visited Xmas market, the sites in the old town, the Jewish quarter and visited a salt mine. The apartment was bright and well appointed and it was a real bonus to have access to a washing machine to catch up with laundry. Our room had a magnificent view of the Market Square. The location was very convenient for places of interest and lots of restaurants and cafes.

  Very professional and helpful staff who responded quickly and positively to my email enquiries before we left England. On arrival we were offered a free upgrade from a de-luxe double room to a suite; we were amazed and delighted to accept! The breakfast buffet was comprehensive with fresh, tasty fare on offer every day. The impressive Royal Ar - I liked the location which was just below the Castle at the edge of teh old town. We had the Wavel tram stop just next to us whihc ran both into town , around it and into Kazimierz as well as furhter afield such as the Bohotara Ghetto. The large rooms were great, especially int eh heat. The mattresses and pillows were very comfortable and we had clean sheets daily. The building is lovely. Had we required it, there was also the very good value Pod Wavelem restaurant on site. The reception staff

  Hotel Grodek is an excellent small hotel, with no detail left unattended. Its location is far better than any other hotel I saw in Krakow -- perfectly quiet, only two short blocks to the main square with easy access to the Jewish quarter. The room was excellent and the service was excellent. Perfect in every respect for my wife and I. The hotel itself was situated very close to the main square and this left it very easy for myself and my husband to walk in and out of the main square.I will definately visit again however I will take my family along.
