  Ett litet och mysigt hotell som borde ha fler än tre stjärnor, kändes lyxigare. Fräsch frukost och inga störningar från trafik trots det centrala läget. Bra med tillgång till parkering. - Bra och serviceminded personal. Trevligt rum. Bra frukost. Bra läge i närheten av centrum.

  The lovely lady on reception was very welcoming and helpful. Provided us with an extra fan as it was a little warm in our room. The location is amazing for the price just off the main square. And on the south side so closer to the Jewish quarter, Castle etc. I recommend room 8 for a party of up to 5 and would stop here again if I visit Krakow agai... vad folk säger » n - Staff we helpful, spoke great English.   If you book with Old Town BandB, you go to the office first to check-in (open 10-17) and there you will be given a key to your apartement and a map to find it. My appartement was in Szpitalna street (they have the apartements in different houses in the old town), 1 min. walk from Main Square.   We loved the character of this old hotel (16th century building), and our very large, top floor apartment with skylights. The staff was wonderfully friendly and accommodating, and all spoke excellent English. Despite the great location on the Royal Route, the hotel was very peaceful and quiet.   Novum House is in a wonderful location about a 5 min walk to the main square, which while we were there had a great Christmas market! Thank you to Thomas and Rafael who went out of their way to make our stay a pleasant one. The apartments are renovated in a lovely contemporary style. I would highly recommend Novum House and will definitely sta - Despite we thought we have booked a double room apartment (something was wrong when I booked on letsbookhotel.com), we actually enjoyed our stay. Your willingness to do whatever was required to make our stay as comfortable as expected is something we appreciate. It’s a nice place, you all are very kind and it’s on a unbeatable location. For sure we’ll stay again when we come back to this nice city.

  Can't rate this place enough! Situated on a pretty pedestrian street, it was a little bit difficult to find at first but friendly passers by were happy to help. We were greeted at the reception by a lovely girl who was full of maps, suggestions & recommendations (a few of which we tried out & they didn't disappoint!). The apartment it - The Staff where brilliant and the so was the property, we originally booked the 6 room however they also offered a seperate room for us just so we could have 2 bathrooms. Every day and night they where helpful even when they let us in the aprtments at 5 in the morning after a heavy night. If you looking for a place bang in the centre seconds from all the best bars and restaurants this is the place for you. Wonderful place.   Very professional and helpful staff who responded quickly and positively to my email enquiries before we left England. On arrival we were offered a free upgrade from a de-luxe double room to a suite; we were amazed and delighted to accept! The breakfast buffet was comprehensive with fresh, tasty fare on offer every day. The impressive Royal Ar - I liked the location which was just below the Castle at the edge of teh old town. We had the Wavel tram stop just next to us whihc ran both into town , around it and into Kazimierz as well as furhter afield such as the Bohotara Ghetto. The large rooms were great, especially int eh heat. The mattresses and pillows were very comfortable and we had clean sheets daily. The building is lovely. Had we required it, there was also the very good value Pod Wavelem restaurant on site. The reception staff
